Caffe Latte an espresso topped up with steamed milk, with froth on top.
Caffe Breve an espresso topped up with a mixture of steamed milk and cream.
Macchiato an espresso with a little steamed milk addaed to the top.
Cappuccino a coffee made with equal part of espresso, milk and froth.
Flat White a coffee made with one part espresso and two parts steamed milk.
Galao a Portuguese Bica topped up with hot milk.
Latte Macchiato a mug of steamed milk, with a small amount of espresso poured on top (the inverse of macchiato).
Mocha a normal Latte, with chocolate and/or cocoa added to it.

Cafe au Lait similar to a latte, but made with brewed coffee topped up with fronthed milk.
Kopi Tubruk coffee made by boiling coarse coffee grounds with a block of sugar this is popular in Indonesia.
Greeck Coffee a coffee made by combining sugar with fine ground coffee before the brewing process.
Vietnamese Coffee coffee made by mixing strong, brewed coffee with condensed milk and ice.
